Project Brief Description

The Al Bader Canopies was done for Selwa resort (5 star). The location was Qatar. The main contractor hired us for structural detailed design, drawings and connection design for three canopies. The project area was 20,000 sq. ft. each. The inputs received from the client were architectural drawings and concept sketches. Our team provided structural analysis and preparation of calculation Reports, Shop drawings, fabrication drawings (parts), assembly drawings, erection mark drawings, as-built drawings, detailed design of connections and their approvals. The software used for the task were Tekla, Autocad, Staad Pro, Limcon, Procon, Hilti etc. For this project, we included one project manager, two detailers and one checker. The project was executed in 2017.
